Important Update: New Applications will be waitlisted for the next cohort. In order to be added to the list all documents are requested; application, proof of income, completed Landlord Agreement or Proof of homeownership.

In addition to the completed application, the following information is also required in order to complete your file:
-Landlord Approval Form (attached in email if applicant is a renter)
– Proof of Income
– Proof of Homeownership

Community Space Renovations
RTSF provides renovation services to eligible non-profit agencies and community spaces during National Rebuilding Month and Fall Community Build Day.

Income guidelines based on the area’s median income levels help determine eligibility for Rebuilding Together SF programs.
